A waterproof external insulation complex system according to the present invention comprises: a slab forming a roof of a construction; a protection layer which is located on the slab and prevents an insulation layer from being damaged by the slab; a vacuum insulation layer which is located on the protection layer and insulates the inside against heat transfer from the outside; a hardboard layer which is located on the vacuum insulation layer and protects the vacuum insulation layer; a polyurea waterproof layer which is coated on the hardboard layer and forms a waterproof layer; and a top coating layer which is coated on the polyurea waterproof layer. According to the present invention, the construction of the waterproof external insulation complex system is possible without a demolition of an existing waterproof layer, and therefore noise, waste disposal, risk of the construction are minimized.
본 발명에 따른 외단열 방수복합시스템은 건축물 지붕을 형성하는 슬래브와, 상기 슬래브의 상부에 위치하며 상기 슬래브에 의해 단열층이 파괴되는 것을 방지하는 보호재층과, 상기 보호재층의 상부에 위치하여 외부의 열이 내부로 전달되는 것을 차단하는 진공단열재층과, 상기 진공단열재층의 상부에 위치하여 상기 진공단열재층을 보호하는 하드보드층과, 상기 하드보드층의 상부에 코팅되어 방수층을 형성하는 폴리우레아방수층과, 상기 폴리우레아방수층의 상부에 코팅되는 탑코팅층을 포함한다.
