BACKFILL MATERIAL
A backfill material useful in mining and tunneling applications comprises a) tailings, b) a binder component, c) water, and d) a dispersant comprising a phosphorylated polycondensate being obtainable by a condensation reaction of (i) an aromatic compound having a phosphate moiety, (ii) an alkoxylated hydroxyaryl compound having a polyoxyalkylene chain with 3 to 130 oxyalkylene units, and (iii) formaldehyde, in a weight ratio of (i) : (ii) of 2 : 98 to 40 : 60. The backfill material, besides a well-defined yield point, maintains a high Unconfined Compressive Strength in the long term so that the strength of the formed backfill is not compromised.
Un matériau de remblayage utile dans des applications d'exploitation minière et de tunnellisation comprend a) des résidus, b) un composant liant, c) de l'eau, et d) un dispersant comprenant un polycondensat phosphorylé pouvant être obtenu par une réaction de condensation de (i) un composé aromatique ayant une fraction phosphate, (ii) un composé hydroxyaryle alcoxylé ayant une chaîne polyoxyalkylène avec 3 à 130 unités oxyalkylène, et (iii) du formaldéhyde, dans un rapport pondéral de (i) : (ii) de 2 : 98 à 40 : 60. Le matériau de remblayage, en plus d'une limite apparente d'élasticité bien définie, maintient une résistance à la compression non confinée élevée à long terme, de telle sorte que la résistance du remblai formé n'est pas compromise.
