Die Erfindung befasst sich mit Schichtkörpern aus LiSICon-Material, deren Herstellung und Verwendung. Ihr lag die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Membran für die Abscheidung von Lithium aus verunreinigten lithiumhaltigen Wässern anzugeben, die vergleichsweise preiswert ist und eine gute Permeanz für Lithium im Elektrodialysebetrieb erlaubt. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass ein Substrat mit einem LiSICon-Material beschichtet wird, und zwar im Wege der aerosolbasierten Kaltabscheidung. Auf diese Weise wird nämlich ein Schichtkörper erhalten, der sich aufgrund seiner besonderen Materialkombination hervorragend als Membran zur elektrodialytischen Lithiumabscheidung eignet.
The invention is concerned with laminates composed of LiSICon material, and production and use thereof. The object of the invention was to specify a membrane for separation of lithium out of contaminated lithium-containing waters, which is comparatively inexpensive and permits good permeance for lithium in electrodialysis operation. This object is achieved by coating a substrate with a LiSICon by way of aerosol-based cold deposition. In this way, a laminate that is of excellent suitability as membrane for electrodialytic lithium deposition owing to its particular material combination is obtained.
L'invention concerne des corps stratifiés en matériau LiSICon, leur fabrication et leur utilisation. L'invention vise à fournir une membrane permettant de séparer le lithium se trouvant dans des eaux polluées contenant du lithium, qui soit comparativement économique et permette une bonne perméance au lithium en mode d'électrodialyse. A cet effet, selon l'invention un substrat est revêtu d'un matériau LiSICon, et ce, par le biais de la séparation à froid à base d'aérosols. Ce qui permet d'obtenir un corps stratifié qui se prête particulièrement à s'utiliser comme membrane pour assurer la séparation électrodialytique de lithium, en raison de sa combinaison particulière de matériaux.
