Capacity-safety analysis of trucks dedicated scenarios of automated road
This paper discusses the feasibility of three automated trucks scenarios on a single highway lane. Assessment is conducted on the basis of the capacity-safety compromise. Effects of truck evolution, parameters accuracy, platooning and autonomy are examined.
