A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The methods for determining the reasonable completed state of cantilever casting arch bridges mainly include the bending energy minimization method, the quadratic sum of bending moment minimization method, the stress (internal force) balance method, the influence matrix method, etc. This paper takes the 300m cantilever casting arch bridge as the research object. Through formulating the size of the structure and calculating the force of the structure using integral cast construction method, calculation of the structure is simplified, which provides a basis for determining the reasonable bridge completed state of the cantilever casting arch bridge considering the construction process.
