Optimal Design Model of High-Density Urban Building Layout Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm
With the rapid development of global urbanization, the architectural layout design of high-density cities has become particularly critical. Effective layout optimization not only needs to satisfy functionality and practicality, but also considers sustainability, ecology and human factors. Traditional urban building layout methods are often difficult to meet these complex needs, especially in the high-density environment with limited space. This paper introduces an optimized design model of building layout based on improved Genetic Algorithm (GA), which aims at improving the space utilization efficiency of high-density cities and ensuring the balance of other key factors. By deeply analyzing the basic principle of GA and its application in urban architectural design, we put forward a series of improvement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm. In addition, through experiments and case studies, we show the application of this model in the actual high-density urban environment and its advantages compared with traditional methods. The results show that the improved GA can not only generate efficient building layout that meets various needs, but also provide a powerful tool for urban planners to meet the challenges of urbanization in the future.
