Research on CNC machining screw which is variable pitch & groove depth & groove width
Variable pitch & groove depth & groove width screw is the key part of zipper molding machine. It's difficult to machining. According to analysis the forming theory of variable pitch & groove depth & groove width screw, we found parameterized mathematical model of the type of heterotypic screw and put forward special CNC machining program. It realized CNC machining function of controlling pitch & groove depth & groove width to change synchronously, to fit requirement of all kinds of heterotypic screws in the zipper molding machine and plastic machine. And it will also offer a feasibility method to design or machining this type of heterotypic screw.
