The administrative action calls for reconstruction of an outmoded and dangerous turnoff from the Yaquina Bay Bridge on US 101 at the Yaquina Bay State Park entrance. The effect will be in improved safety and freedom of movement on the exit road. The project has been designed with the motorist's safety as a primary motive. It is not expected to have any adverse effect. There will be some temporary disruption of local traffic during construction. Until the landscaping is completed, the immediate area will have a raw and disturbed appearance.
