Conconully and Salmon Lake Dams are located in Okanogan County in north-central Washington about 15 miles northwest of Okanogan. Salmon Lake Dam is immediately above the town of Conconully. Washington, and the upstream end of the reservoir behind Conconully Dam is immediately downstream of the town. The dams are operated by the Okanogan Irrigation District. Conconully Dam is located on Salmon Creek approximately 1.5 miles south of the town of Conconully. At mean water surface, Conconully Reservoir has a total reservoir capacity fo 16,570 acre-feet authorized for irrigation of the Okanogan Project. Incidental benefits include camping, fishing, boating, and swimming.
