Open Space and Recreation Plan
The 1973 Open Space and Recreation Plan is a presentation containing guidelines as established in the Georgia Outdoor Plan, 1970. The plan contains statements of problem, obstacles, deficiencies, planning activities, and implementing actions as pertaining to the Coastal Area Planning and Development Commission Region. This plan, will be expanded and updated as appropriate. It is a basis for total recreational program to implement recreation and open space participation in the Coastal Area Region. It is presented in the form of recommendations for adoption and an inventory of existing facilities.
