This document contains the progress report for September, 1945 for Hanford Engineer Works. The three 100 Area operated at 92.3% time efficiency during the month. The power levels remained at 225, 250 and 225 MW at B, D and F Piles respectively. Forty-nine charges were started through the 200 Area Canyon Buildings and fifty-two were completed through the Isolation Building. The plant roll decreased by 214 persons to 4662. The largest reductions were made in the Maintenance, Accounting, and Service-Protection Departments. The plant work week was reduced form 48 to 40 hours effective September 17 for non-exempt personnel and effective September 16 for exempt for Medical Doctors. Occupancy of the Richland Village houses decreased by 36 to 81.9%. Two women's and one men's dormitories were closed during September.
