The purpose of the project is to improve the route to an adequate two lane facility. There will be one residence and no businesses displaced. The area where the project is to be constructed is predominantly rural with an occasional residence or community nearby. There will be a natural growth in traffic along the route and automobile and truck fumes may possibly be increased. There will be additional noise after construction due to the increased traffic and there will be additional noise and dust due to roadway and bridge culvert building equipment during the construction period.
