Housing Need in Appalachian Ohio
For each of the 28 counties of Appalachian Ohio, the study summarizes condition of the present housing stock, current and projected housing need, and recommend participation levels in federal programs to alleviate the housing problems in the region. Data are aggregated for economic development districts, and for the Appalachian Ohio region as a whole. Need is derived from projected demand resulting from employment and economic changes (to 1975) and elimination of substandard housing units (by 1985). (Author)
