Residential Housing Plan for Pinellas County, Florida
The purpose of this report is to evaluate the present residential housing in Pinellas County and to project future growth for the County as pertains to residential housing. An inventory was conducted of the entire County to evaluate present housing conditions and determine needs for future housing. Presented herein are the results of the inventory, as well as an analysis and forecasting of land use and discussion of possible future housing types. The report also contains policy implications and recommendations for both short range and long term action programs. (Author)
