There will be some impact on the human environment as it relates to the extraction of land from its present use, the encroachment on, and temporary disruption to a public park, the dislocation of families and businesses, and adverse aesthetic effect of elevated roadway fill sections on all alternate alignments, the restriction of east-west movement to grade separations and interchange locations, and an unavoidable slight increase in noise and atmospheric pollution.
