This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. Dashville Dam did not reveal any conditions which pose an immediate threat to life or property. Additional structural stability analysis recommended. Minor deficiencies limited to concrete surface deterioration. Insufficient spillway discharge capacity for passing 1/2 of PMF has deemed spillway inadequate. (Author)
