A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Flagstaff-Holbrook Highway in Navajo County, Arizona, Project I-40-4(49), Joseph City Interstate Section
As the present transportation corridor through the Joseph City area is rapidly becoming incapable of handling the rising traffic volume, a new, high-volume route is required. The provision of a sufficiently high capacity roadway, constructed subsequent to this grade and drain project, and in conformance to modern design standards, will have a beneficial impact on the local, state and national environments. Relocation of six single family residences and occupants will be the greatest adverse impact which cannot be avoided.
