The 1990 General Land Use Plan and Community Facilities Plan: Hopkins County, Kentucky
The land use plan is based on data furnished by the Kentucky Program Development Office and field surveys. Each of four cities, Madisonville, Earlington, Dawson Springs, and Nortonville, is treated separately with a land use plan. The community facilities plan analyzes the existing schools, parks, utilities, and other community facilities in the county and the four cities and recommends a plan for each of these facilities for the county as a whole and the four cities separately.
