The Land Use and Physical Environment for Sparta was prepared in order to provide public officials with a frame of reference to guide decisions in land development. The Land Use and Physical Environment evaluated such factors as growth, characteristics of geography and climate, existing land use, community goals, principles and standards, and the like.
