The project is located on a unimproved county road: From US 41 North of Sparks East to present paving near the Cook-Berrien County Line. The purpose of the project is to construct this unimproved roadway to a 21 ft. surface treatment. Since this is a dirt road with inadequate drainage, it is believed that the construction of this project can only have a favorable effect on environment. No adverse environmental effects will be caused.
