The paper analyzes existing and projected supply of and demand for office space in the metropolitan area. In particular the central business district and the Meridian Street corridor are analyzed because of the large office developments found within these two areas. Data and square footage needs are projected to 1990. The eight sector subdivisions of the study area are also employed as vehicles for reporting data.
