The project is a neighborhood development program to provide low and moderate assisted low-income housing near the central business district of Denver, Colorado. The project will remove 10 businesses and 266 housing units from the site and replace them with 200 units of housing for the elderly, 150 garden apartments, 200 townhouse apartments and 150 units of high rise apartments along with site improvements. The project will benefit the social environment by providing much needed low and moderate-income housing.
