The report analyzes existing housing in Georgiana to determine mainly the structural adequacy of each dwelling, available vacant housing and future housing needs within the community. Various social and economic characteristics related to housing are presented. A housing program was designed to alleviate housing deficiencies with special emphasis on the severely blighted areas.
