National Program for Inspection of Non-Federal Dams. Watershops Pond Dam (MA 00569) Connecticut River Basin, Springfield, Massachusetts. Phase I Inspection Report
Examination of available documents and visual inspection of the dam and appurtenant structures did not reveal any conditions which would render the project inadequate. The elevation-discharge relations indicate that the inflow from one half the Probable Maximum Flood could be passed over the dam with a head of 8 ft. if the abutments were high enough. No remedial measures are required at this time by the owner. (Author)
