Loop Highway 143, From State Highway 15 Northeast of Perrytown to North and West to U. S. Highway 83, Ochiltree County, Texas
The purpose of this project is to complete the last quadrant of Loop Highway 143 around the City of Perryton. The adverse environmental effects caused by this project will be minimal. If a heavy rain occurred during construction, there would be some soil erosion. Some air pollution by dust would occur during construction. Noise pollution along the proposed route will be increased somewhat.
