Highway Project F-533, Hardeman County, Texas
The project consists of constructing two additional lanes, with a 66-foot median, adjacent to the existing two lanes - thereby converting the existing U.S. Highway 287 to a four-lane divided highway from the Childress County Line, Southeast to 1.0 mile west of Acme, a distance of 10.7 miles. There will be one family displaced in the construction of this project. The type of dwelling unit displaced is a single family residence, used as a parsonage for the Baptist Church, which is occupied by four (4) people. There will be no businesses displaced; one inactive church, the Church of Christ, will be displaced. (Author)
