The purpose of this report is to assess the environmental impacts associated with the St. Paul District, Corps of Engineers harbor operation and maintenance activities in La Pointe Harbor. This environmental assessment has been drawn largely from an environmental impact assessment prepared by National Biocentrics, Inc. (NBI) under contract with the Corps of Engineers. The NBI report is on file in the St. Paul District Office. Existing data on the harbor and pertinent Corps of Engineers reports were also utilized in the assessment process.
