The proposed improvement consists of the construction of two additional traffic lanes to form a four-lane divided non-controlled access facility. Environmental impacts are discussed in relation to displacements; aesthetics; areas of unique interest; recreation areas; disturbance to wildlife; erosion, pollution and traffic noise; and educational facilities.
