    The objective of this report is to review the proposed new statistical acceptance procedures. A database of historical test values for concrete and earthwork was developed. Using statistical calculations and computer simulations, the efficiency of the proposed acceptance procedure was evaluated. Suggestions for improving the procedure were developed.
