The report describes three basic development areas in the 135-square mile planning area and prescribes planning treatment for each area. Goals and objectives, and design standards are developed for construction of an overall street and highway system for the planning area, including freeway, arterials, collectors and local streets. An analysis of existing land use and projection of land use requirements are made to 1990.
