Charleston Ordnance Center Expansion Study for the City of South Charleston, West Virginia
The existing Army, Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Centers have been located in South Charleston since the 1940's and have become a vital part of the city life by providing economic growth and a community known as the center of reserve activities in southern West Virginia. Because of the positive impacts on the city provided by the Reserve Centers, the city is cooperating in every way to provide accommodations for the proposed conbined reserve centers. The reserve centers would serve as a structure to engender industrial expansion.
