Experimental Multi-Purpose Passive Solar Heating Device. Final Report
The design, construction, and monitoring of a solar greenhouse addition are presented. The addition was built over the patio and garage housings of a commercial business. Also designed and built was a hot water preheat system. Records of fuel oil consumption and degree days were kept and a 36.5 percent increase in the efficiency of heating oil use was the result achieved. (ERA citation 10:027253)
