The dam is a 75.5 high, 660 ft. long earth embankment dam with a concrete corewall, a gate structure and an ungated concrete 60 foot long spillway weir. The dam has a size classification of intermediate and a hazard potential of high. The visual inspection indicated the dam to be in fair condition. Seepage was observed at three locations along the downstream toe of the dam. It is recommended that the owner engage a qualified engineer to investigate various remedial measures.
