The dam is an earthen dam about 610 ft. long and 56 ft. high. The dam is in good condition. Some seepage was observed. The dam is intermediate in size and had a hazard classification of high. An investigation is recommended to determine the source(s) and extent of seepage occuring at the downstream toe.
