Alpine Parkway Proposed General Plan, Town of Portola Valley
A sub-area general plan is discussed which will become an element of the general plan of the town of Portola Valley. A major concept is the conservation of creeksides, canyons and roadside, both to protect outstanding scenic values and vistas of mountains and to provide for roads, trails, paths and recreation places within the parkway in a manner consistent with preserving natural and rural qualities of this route.
