Quality Control Analysis. Part IV. Field Simulation of Asphaltic Concrete Specifications
The report presents some of the major findings, from a simulated study of statistical specifications, on three asphaltic concrete projects representing a total of approximately 30,000 tons of hot mix. The major emphasis of the study has been on the assessment of reduced payment for non-conforming lots. (BPR-abstract)
