The proposed project will reconstruct 2.38 miles of Interstate 5 between Mile Point 122.4 and Mile Point 124.8. Reconstruction will widen the existing four-lane facility to meet interstate standards. Harvard Avenue Interchange will be reconstructed, the Fairgrounds Interchange will be modified, and the hospital bridge over the South Umpqua River will be widened. Environmental impacts are discussed.
