North Olmsted, Comprehensive Plan Document
North Olmstead is a weatern suburb of the city of Cleveland and has a 1973 estimated population of 37,800 persons. The remaining developable vacant land is recommended for a compliment of residential and commercial development and a significant industrial park. Under the guidelines proposed, an ultimate population of 60,000 should eventually be reached. The normal concepts are applied in the analysis of land use, population, traffic and community facilities while the Commercial Plan indicates future floor area demands in the city on an eight community planning district approach.
