North Olmsted, Ohio: Land Planning Regulations
North Olmsted is a western suburb of the city of Cleveland and has a 1973 estimated population of 37,800 persons. The remaining developable vacant land is recommended for a compliment of residential and commercial development and a significant industrial park. Under the guidelines proposed, an ultimate population of 60,000 should eventually be reached. The Land Planning Regulations represent revisions and additions to the present zoning code designed to implement land use recommendations forwarded in the Comprehensive Plan.
