Proposed Improvements Located in the City of Indianapolis, Indiana, I-Project 70-3
The proposed improvement, located in the city of Indianapolis, consists of three sections of roadway including: A grade separation under Interstate 70 beginning 225 feet south of the intersection of Wilkins Street and Capitol Avenue and ending at the intersection of Ray Street and Kenwood Avenue, a distance of 845 feet; Capitol Avenue beginning at the intersection of Ray Street and Capitol Avenue and running in a northerly direction approximately 860 feet to the intersection of McCarty Street and Capitol Avenue; and ramp 9 N-W beginning at its intersection with Capitol Avenue and running along the ramp approximately 765 feet. Environmental impacts are presented.
