Coosa River Navigation, Georgia and Alabama
The report describes the proposal for the construction of six single-lift locks at the existing Alabama Power Company's Walter Bouldin, Mitchell, Lay, Logan Martin, H. The adverse environmental effects are dredging and subsequent deposition of excavated material could possibly cause a minor disturbance to the existing fish and wildlife resources. (Author)
