Middle Flint Regional Recreation and Open Space Plan and Program
The study presents a regional recreation and open space plan for the Middle Flint Region. It includes a detailed inventory of all existing public and major private recreation facilities in the region. Recommended standards were developed and applied to the various facilities to determine their adequacy. The Plan and Improvement Program was developed for each individual incorporated municipality and county. In addition, methods of implementation and recommended administrative structure are presented.
