The dam is a homogeneous, earthfill embankment with a structural height of 134 feet, and a hydraulic height of 93 feet. The crest has a width of 30 feet and a length of 2,603 feet at elevation 3137.5. Asphalt-paved State Highway No. 61 crosses the crest of the dam.
