The scope of this project is to perform a sanitary sewer survey and prepare a memorandum report to include findings, determinations and recommendations for future investigative efforts. This memorandum report is to present the verification of existing sewer maps, estimates of infiltration/inflow, smoke testing, visual inspections and water quality sampling. Presentation of results, proposed future efforts, preliminary cost estimates for future work are presented as an integral part of this project. Maps are included.
