Seldovia Comprehensive Development Plan
The comprehensive plan contains an account of Seldovia's past, a look at its present, and an appraisal of its future. It recommends the rebuilding of the central waterfront area in a compact form, with a maximum emphasis on pedestrian travel. A new boardwalk along the waterfront is proposed to stimulate development of the renewal area of tourism. Because Seldovia lacks a road connection to any other community, special emphasis is given to water and air transportation. (Author)
