Conclusions The long operating experience of the Borisoglebsk hydrostation on the whole shows a sufficiently high level of reliability of the hydraulic structures.Most operating difficulties are related to rockfalls in the unsupported parts of the underground workings and seepage into the tunnels and rooms.The repair and construction works on the hydro development are distinguished by a great diversity; their necessary volume inevitably increases with time in connection with constant aging of all structures.
