Conclusions For an exact determination of hydraulic resistances during a plug flow regime of plasticoviscous thixotropic fluids (PVTFs) in pipes and slots it is necessary to use functionf(sen, t/T) and π(sen, t/T), the graphs of which are given in Figs. 4 and 5. In this case $ τ_{oi} $ should be determined with consideration of the previous history of the PVTFs from the dependence of $ τ_{oi} $ on the time the grout is at rest. The values of $ Re^{*} $ or formulas (21) and (22) can be used for an approximate determination of hydraulic losses.The rheological characteristics of PVTFs $ τ_{oi} $, η, and T as well as the function $ τ_{oi} $=f(t) and the value of $ τ_{ob} $ are determined on a viscometer with automatic recording of the parameters.The coordinates of the critical point of transition from a plug flow regime of the PVTFs to a turbulent one are determined from the values of $ Re^{*} $ and $ τ_{ob} $.The coordinates of the critical point A of transition from a plug flow regime of PVTFs with thixotropic linkages to a plug flow regime with broken linkages are determined by the critical specific energy spent on breaking the thixotropic linkages, which is constant for a particular fluid.
