Conclusions 1. The proposed calculation method permits mathematical modeling of the process of filling and emptying the lock chamber with simultaneous operation of several thrift basins and pool, which is especially important for converting existing locks of the given type to a new operating regime. 2. Using the proposed method, one can select the design and dimensions of elements of the lock supply system without resorting to physical modeling.
