This paper proposes an analytical model of local and global reinforced concrete behaviour after cracking, It explicitly takes into account the local behaviour of the tensile concrete. Moreover, the steel-concrete bond conditions are integrated in this model, which allows to take into account the influence of the loss of steel-concrete bond strength on the mechanical behaviour of reinforced concrete elements.
