A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Two new infrared flame detectors equipped with pyroelectric sensors are demonstrated. Both detectors are totally new on the world market. With the help of a new method of flame detection it is possible to distinguish flame from all interference radiation with great reliability. Applications: indoor and outdoor fire detection applications such as warehouses, hangars, ships, oil refineries etc. for fires involving all carbonaceous materials such as petrol, oil products, alcohol, wood and plastics.
